All ALTRAFIT products are covered by our standard 12-month warranty this covers the products against manufacturing defects this warranty in non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Your warranty will start from the date the product was originally purchased. Any warranty claim on products purchased through 3rd parties and resellers should be directed to the point of purchase.

Products which have not been manufactured by ALTRAFIT are covered by the manufacturers own warranty.
Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim on a product you will need to provide the original order number and photographic evidence of the fault before your claim can be processed.
This can be completed by emailing service@altrafit.co.uk
It may be necessary for the product to be returned to for inspection before a replacement or repair can be made. The relevant address will be provide via email once the claim has been logged
If a product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, it will be replaced or repaired.
Carriage costs are not covered by D2F Fitness and the cost of returning products is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and will continue from this point regardless of any replacements or repairs.
Issues not Covered by the Warranty
Damage from a product being misused or neglected
Normal wear and tear
Damage from products being used on inappropriate flooring
Training and competition discs not being used on a suitable Olympic Lifting Platform
Cosmetic damage to products- including but not limited to, chipping of the paint finish and issues with stickers, badges, and endcaps
Any damage resulting from throwing or dropping products that are not designed for this purpose including Dumbbells, Barbells and Kettlebells.
Damage from slamming products which are not designed for this purpose including but not limited to, ALTRAFIT powerbag and Medicine Balls
Any issues with flooring resulting to exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources or excessive water
Shrinkage or expansion of ALTRAFIT flooring within the 1% tolerance level
Damage from products being stored on racks not sourced from ALTRAFIT
Damage resulting in incorrect chemicals and cleaning products on products including Liquid Chalk, High Salt and bleach content cleaning solutions
Damage resulting from unsuitable conditions where applicable such as High Humidity rooms , low ventilation and outside.

FREE standard delivery is available on all orders over £149.00 inc VAT. GB mainland orders only.
If you are ordering from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, you will be notified as to your delivery charges after purchase, as unfortunately we cannot calculate shipping at the time of purchase.
We strive to dispatch all orders on the next working day to when they were placed, however lead times may be longer during busy periods (Currently 3-5 working days from order)
Free collection from our warehouse is possible. Please contact customer services if you would like to do so.
Products will be delivered Monday to Friday during normal working hours 8am - 6pm (weekends by arrangement).
Please notify us of any delivery obstructions and ensure that the delivery area is clear.
Pallet deliveries are normally curb-side drop only (special arrangements for alternative delivery can be made upon written/email request). Please note that disposal of pallets are the responsibility of the customer.
All deliveries must be signed for on delivery and deliveries must be checked upon receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
If any products are out of stock you will be notified.
D2F Fitness cannot entertain any claim for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped, though if any costs have been incurred they will be deducted from monies received. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred by D2F Fitness. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery ‘will not fit’ through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward and return carriage costs.
Restricted Access
Although our carriers are equipped with detailed road maps of every area of the UK mainland, is there any further information that would make your home/business easier to locate? Due to the overall size of some delivery vehicles, D2F Fitness or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle. This includes, though not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), trees, shrubs, steeply inclined driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. D2F Fitness will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or D2F Fitness were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor point of installation easily.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking code for you to track your order. D2F Fitness currently use Parcelforce for parcel orders and Pallet Track for palletised orders.
