Resistance bands do a lot of work for very little money and almost no floor space — which is why they turn up everywhere from rehab and pre-hab through to warm-ups, class circuits and accessory work on the gym floor. This range covers flat bands, mini loops, long resistance loops and tubes, in graded strengths so members and instructors can pick the right level without guesswork.
What's in the range
-
Flat resistance bands — light, medium and strong, in 1.5m pre-cut lengths or 15m rolls you cut to size. Latex-free options are available across both, which matters for group settings where latex allergies are a real consideration.
-
Mini power loops — continuous fabric-and-latex loops for glute, hip and shoulder work. Sold in sets of five, or in bulk packs of ten in a single strength for classes.
-
Resistance loops, levels 1–6 — longer closed loops for assisted pull-ups, banded lifts and rig work. The six levels give a genuine progression rather than a vague light-to-heavy split.
-
Resistance tubes — handled tubes in light, medium and strong, supplied in a PE bag for easy storage and issue.
Buying for classes and studios
Rolls are the economical choice if you get through bands quickly — you cut exactly the length you need and replace only what wears out. For classes, most operators keep multiples of one or two strengths per station rather than a full spread, plus a handful of lighter bands for rehab and induction work.
Bands are a consumable: check regularly for nicks and surface cracking and take damaged stock out of circulation rather than waiting for it to fail mid-session.
