We always strive to ensure you are happy with the overall service and quality of product received from us. However, if you would like to return your new and unused item to receive a refund you have 14 days from delivery to contact us. The item must be returned in full with original packaging, appropriate labels and order details. However, you must return the product at your own expense. If you request that we arrange shipping on your behalf, then this cost will be deducted from your refund. All returns then must be returned back to us within 7 days of first point of contact.

If you are returning a faulty product within warranty for exchange or replacement, there will be no charge. Proof of damage will be needed and upon inspection, we will arrange for the item to be collected.

We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of the items coming back to us. However, during peak periods, please leave up to 7 days from us receiving the returned item. If you have not received your refund within 7 days, please contact one of customer service team members.

If you are a consumer requesting to return an item that was purchased more than 14 days from delivery, in addition to paying for your own return costs, your returned items may also be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your final refund.

Unfortunately, we do not process online exchange requests if you change your mind on the item you would like. If this is the case, please return the item as per above then place a new order for the item you would like.
